This typically includes: 1) Mapping existing components to new system equivalents, 2) Prioritizing high-impact, high-visibility areas for initial implementation, 3) Creating hybrid states where necessary, 4) Providing tools and documentation to support developers during the transition, and 5) Establishing metrics to track migration progress.
